Prior to joining DK Alum System Private Limited, Mr. Paresh Sadhu served as an Assistant Project Manager at a reputed SME Management Consulting firm, where he gained extensive experience in strategic business management and organizational development. During his tenure, he worked across a broad spectrum of business functions including new market entry strategies, business turnaround initiatives, inorganic growth planning, large-scale performance transformation projects, business plan development, and people management. He also successfully led the Procurement Practice and played a key role in co-leading CXO mentorship and leadership development programs.
Mr. Sadhu completed his higher education from Sardar Patel University. Over the years, he has established himself as a dynamic people-centric leader with a strong understanding of business operations, organizational growth, and workforce empowerment. Leveraging his academic foundation and practical industry exposure, he has contributed towards scaling national and international businesses by building high-performing teams, strengthening operational frameworks, and empowering individuals with skill, confidence, and professional excellence.
